We are looking for the best and brightest start-ups in Asia who are ready to grab the growing proptech opportunity. We’ll select the five with most potential and they will have access to a S$20,000 cash award.
For ten weeks, the start-ups will be based at Singapore coworking space District 6, where they will participate in a programme of fast-track learning with access to top-class mentors and educators.
Upon completion, there will be a demo day where each start-up will present their product to a hand-picked audience of real estate experts, investors and media.

Challenge Categories

We are looking for early stage start-ups with a clearly defined product looking for industry validation and exposure.

Property management

Procurement, predictive maintenance, robotics and improving user experience

Real estate transactions

Increase automation to achieve greater efficiency in leasing and sales including use of blockchain technologies

Construction management

Technologies that disrupt the design and construction of the built environment as well as improving safety during construction

Data collection, data science and analysis

Improve decision making for occupiers, investors and managers by applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques on data that is both internal and external to commercial real estate
